Where do you ship?
We ship to every state within the continental United States.
Do you deliver abroad?
Currently we only ship to the US. If you are outside of the US and would still like our products, don't fret, please contact us and we can arrange an order and shipping to your location.
What shipping method do you use?
We use UPS, Fedex and the United States Postal Service to ship our packages.*We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless there is a problem with the address and the buyer cannot be reached. Standard shipping usually takes about 5-8 business days, However some orders may take up to 25 business days if items are shipped from our international warehouse.
Can I exchange an item(s) for a different size?
All requests for an exchange will be processed as a store credit request. Once we have received the item and have fully inspected it, a store credit/store discount code in the amount of the return will be added to your account and you will be notified via email so that you can choose a new item with the store credit.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
We will We accept all returns for a full refund or store credit excluding shipping and handling fees as long as you request for an RMA number within 13 days of receiving your package.
To return or exchange an item you must first contact customer care within 13 days of receipt of merchandise to obtain a return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that it was received in. Any tags or packaging must still be intact and attached. Your receipt or proof of purchase must be provided when your return is requested.
Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. The original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible to pay return shipping charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will issue a credit or ship exchanged merchandise within 15 days of receipt of returned items.
