What is 19nOut?

19nOut is an online marketplace that allows you to buy products for $19.99 or less plus free shipping directly from sellers and retailers around the world.


How can I join 19nOut?

To become a member of the 19nOut shopping community, create a free account by clicking  create an account on our homepage.


Why should I join 19nOut?

When you become a member of the 19nOut shopping community and create a free account, you'll be able to save the products you love,

edit your profile info, earn reward points for qualified purchases,  view our order history and status, stay up-to-date on the latest launches and trends and more.


I have question about a product?

When you buy on 19nOut, you're purchasing from individual sellers and retailers. If you have any questions about an item or order, reach out to the seller.


Can i buy from multiple sellers?

19nOut customers are able to place products from multiple vendors in a single shopping cart and purchase items from multiple sellers with a single payment.

 

Do you ship to my country?
We only ship to the US. at this time

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free or shipping charges are included in products prices - what you see is what you pay. That's it!


Contacting a Seller

When you click "sold by" seller name on a product page, you will be directed to the seller profile page.
Click on "contact this seller" to send a message to the seller (You must log in to contact a seller).
Write your message - Enter the verification code (captcha) and Click send


How do i Purchase an Item?

When you find an item you want to buy, follow these steps:
Register or login to your 19nOut account
1.) If the item you want to purchase has options to choose from—like size, color, or shape—you will have to select each option before you can add it to your cart.  

2.) Click Shopping Cart - View Cart.
If you have an  E-Gift Code, discount code or reward points you want to use. enter coupon code then click Apply

3) Enter/Verify Billing Options Details - Click Continue

4)Enter or verify Delivery Details then click Continue - check payment option - click place order

5)Choose Payment Method - then Click Confirm Order

We accept multiple modes of payment such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards through Stripe and Paypal.

Note: In your cart, you can select a shipping destination, review the cost of the item, or change the quantity you'd like to purchase, if the seller has more than one available.
Be sure to check the listing description to see if the seller requests any specific information from you.
If there's anything you need to tell the seller, type in the Add an optional note to seller box.

 

I have issues with a transaction

If you encounter an issue with a transaction (such as a non-delivery or an item not being as described),
we ask that you first contact the seller directly to work towards a resolution. Most sellers are happy to quickly resolve issues.

While it’s our hope that both the buyer and seller will come to a mutual resolution, we can’t guarantee this will be the case.
In the event that you’re unable to get in touch with the seller or If you were unable to resolve the problem with the seller,
you can Escalate the Dispute to us by submitting a return request within 19nOut's system by clicking on Returns. at the bottom of page.


Tips:

Before ordering, it is best to locate and get familiar with the seller’s Returns & exchanges policy. You can view this information by clicking the Policies or on an individual listing page.
Specific questions about a shop’s policies are best answered by the seller. You can use Conversations to contact the seller prior to ordering to get clarification.


Returning an Item

It’s important to have a return agreement with the seller before you ship an item back. This means you’ll want to ensure that you have the following:
    Confirmation from the seller via Conversations or 19nOut's case system that they’ll accept the return
    A return shipping address provided by the seller
    The timeframe in which the seller expects to receive the returned item
    An agreement determining which party is responsible for the cost of return shipping (the buyer or the seller)
We also recommend holding on to all records of return shipment (like tracking information or a postal receipt)

If you are unable to resolve the problem with the seller, you can Escalate the Dispute to us by clicking on the Returns link at the bottom of page.


How do i become a seller ?

Every member can become a seller, login to your user account click new seller account, fill out seller info - list your items and start selling  for FREE.
